Our athlete of the month is one of our amazing members who fought the fear of intimidation and won. Thanks to a couple friends, Chris McInroe walked through our doors 2 1/2 years ago with a goal to get back in shape. Being a husband, father and senior project manager at Perlo Construction, he wakes up early every weekday to attend the 5:15am class. His commitment to his goal and dedication to a clean diet has allowed him to lose 50 pounds and he feels better than ever. Congratulations Chris and thank you for commiting yourself to a healthy lifestyle. We look forward to watching you make your new goals a reality.
