September - Sarah Rivers

This months athlete is one hard working lady.  Sarah decided that this year was the year for change.  She threw away the excuses and went to work.  An example for all of us; you can make the time to workout and eat right, if it is important to you.  Sarah, lives a busy lifestyle.  She works full time and enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenagers and friends.  She volunteers her time when available for events at CFW and she recently competed at the Oregon CrossFit Best of...

August - Savannah Duyn

It's unbelievable how far Savannah has come in such a short period of time. Her coaches describe her as fearless, tenacious, mentally tough, and coachable.  Savannah completely applies herself and works through the heavy weights and challenging movements with grit. Even with an hour long commute home, Savannah never misses a 5:30pm class.  This OSU alum and huge Beaver believer has such a great attitude and we are proud to have her as part of the CFW Army.

Our athlete of the month is one of our amazing members who fought the fear of intimidation and won.  Thanks to a couple friends, Chris McInroe walked through our doors 2 1/2 years ago with a goal to get back in shape.  Being a husband, father and senior project manager at Perlo Construction, he wakes up early every weekday to attend the 5:15am class.   His commitment to his goal and dedication to a clean diet has allowed him to lose 50 pounds and he feels better than ever.   ...
