Michelle Dolan 
Congratulations to our August athlete of the month Michelle Dolan.  This strong mama to three has made HUGE gains since being at CFW. Her strength, confidence, and technique to name a few. Michelle shows up early, stays late, does all the extras, and isn't afraid to ask for help.  Michelle your coaches and fellow community members appreciate your positive attitude and work ethic.    
 
The magical power I would choose to have is the ability to read minds.
 
Who is the person at CFW who most inspires you to push harder?The community at CFW as a whole, inspires me to push myself hard, but the one person that always inspires me to push my body harder than my mind  thinks it can do, is Coach Janessa. Thanks Coach!
 
The genre of music I prefer during a WOD is wide. Metal to hip hop.
 
The super hero I identify with is my Mom. To all the super hero Mom's out there you ROCK!
 
If you could eliminate one movement from CrossFit, which one would it be?I would not eliminate any movements from CrossFit. They all have a purpose.
 
My biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit has been learning the Olympic lifts. The lifts are a work in progress and are improving all the time. 
 
My advice to someone new at CrossFit would be to start and your own level, trust the process, and you will be amazed at your progress. With the  support of the CrossFit community we will help you reach your goals!
